Ingredients
- 1 lb./455 g ground beef
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- ½ tsp. coarse kosher salt
- ½ tsp. black pepper
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tbsp. water
Preparation:
- Combine ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until combined.
- Shape into eight meatballs and place in 1¾-Qt./1.75 L Casserole.
- Stack and microwave on high power 15–20 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes.
