Cornbread

Cooking times listed in recipes are based on stacking, preparing three dishes at once. If you’re preparing a single dish on its own, cook 8-10 minutes

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup cornmeal
  • 1 ½ tsp. baking powder
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup canola oil
  • 1 cup reduced-fat (2%) milk

Preparation:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together ingredients until combined.
  2. Pour batter into greased ¾-qt./750 mL Casserole/Cover.
  3. Stack and microwave on high power 15–20 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes. Serve warm.
